The reason your session with Hoopla was timed out was because your account was inactive for more than twenty minutes. We time out your session for security purposes, so your information is safe and secure. This did not falter your purchase tracking in any way.

When you click on a merchant link we serve a page that tracks the click so we can pay you when you make a purchase. Occasionally, merchants may change their links, or implement a change that prevents the links from working properly.
